Jessica Lehrbaum Architect is a San Luis Obispo based firm established in 2017 with the purpose of creating beautiful spaces uniquely suited to their client’s needs and site conditions. Our process involves getting to know our clients personally, their aesthetic, and their sites. This is crucial to helping homeowners achieve their goals within their budget and timeline. For each project we select a group of talented professionals to assist with the design process – interior designers, contractors, structural, civil and mechanical engineers, to work as a team to ensure that our customers are happy with the built project.

Ultimately what is important is that we design spaces that bring our client’s joy: the views, light, materials, flow, and function of the space must complement the user’s lifestyle. We are grateful to do what we love on a daily basis. It’s also satisfying to know that what we do – creating warm, inviting, comfortable and safe spaces has a positive impact on people’s lives.

We believe that every project should be completely unique. If it’s designed properly it will express the client’s needs and not the architect’s style.
